9ct Masonic Fob/Charm
- marked 'A.W. (makers mark), Chester Assay Office mark, 9., 375, and date letter 'D'
- I cannot determine the date of the charm, according to the letter it is 1729, but I am not convinced, more likely 1904. (https://www.silvermakersmarks.co.uk/Dates/Chester.html)
- constructed of solid 9ct yellow gold
- beautifully constructed Free Mason's charm of the square and compass surrounded by a laurel wreath
- square and compass features different details on each side, beautifully detailed
- pendant is 3.4cm long in total including jump ring bail, and is 2.5cm wide
- jump ring bail is not soldered shut and has an opening of 3.5mm
- weighs 4.85 grams
- excellent antique to vintage condition with crisp details
- box pictured is not included with purchase
