Art Deco Silver Cameo Ring
- marked 'STERLING' inside shoulder of ring
- constructed out of solid sterling silver and genuine carved shell cameo
- ring features an elegant design of the bust of a woman
- there is light wear to high relief areas of cameo consistent with age
- cameo measures 19.86mm long x 14.82mm wide
- due to the irregular shape of the natural shell, the cameo moves slightly in claw setting, but is not loose and does not make a sound when worn
- open-work filigree gallery and shoulders feature a single flower on each shoulder
- shoulders taper to a 1.8mm wide band at back
- face of ring is 2.2cm long
- ring rises 5.2mm off finger
- ring is out of round (possibly due to a previous sizing) and fits about 6.5ish
- ring is in great vintage condition circa 1930's
