Antique Lavalier Necklace and Brooch Set
Brooch:
- marked 'SW&S 9ct' for William Soutter & Sons of Birmingham on side
- old rosy gold colour with a white base metal pin
- early safety pin style catch
- features two split pearls on either side of a green, old cut paste gem (3.8mm)
- there are 2 scratch marks on one end of the pin
- measures 5.5 cm long and 1.6 cm at widest
- brooch is a little bent and wonky (out of shape a bit) with no attached safety chain, but is in overall great, sturdy condition
Lavalier Necklace
- old spring ring is marked '9ct' and is in perfect working order
- pendant is marked 'SW&S 9ct' on its side
- a 16" curb link chain attaches to a 5.2 mm crimped bezel set genuine peridot stone
- the rest of the pendent is a rosy gold drop with a target style ring suspended from it featuring a single split pearl and a 5.3 mm genuine peridot
- peridots = 1.34ctw approx
- pendant is 3.5 cm long x 1.3 cm wide
