Vintage circa 1980s band constructed of solid 10k yellow gold and genuine diamonds. Front of the ring features three 1.6mm or 0.015ct single cut diamonds that are bead set into stars across slightly domed band (0.045ctw). Face of ring is 4.9mm long and rises 2mm off finger. Band at back tapers to 2.3mm wide with a bevelled edges all the way around.

Marked 'SIFFARI 10K' inside band.
