Victorian Guard Chain Slider Bracelet
- unmarked/unsigned
- constructed out of gold fill on solid brass with glass stones
- this particular chain is unique in its short design and I am unsure if it is original or someone repurposed a longer guard chain into a nice, wearable bracelet. I think that the second is more likely
- this bracelet features a beveled cable link chain, true to this style of watch chain, with the original dog clip clasp
- dog clip does not swivel and is in perfect working order
- bracelet also has a slider strung onto chain with accent stones of; two faux seed pearls and one faux ruby
- ruby stone has a chip that is not noticeable without close observation
- bracelet is 7.25" long
- please look closely at the pictures to see that the gold fill has plenty of wear:
- the cable chain has the most wear and some tarnish due to age and wear from the slider (6th photo)
- dog clip also has wear to gold fill and some tarnishing consistent with age and wear (7th & 8th photo)
- slider is in better condition with only wear to gold fill in high wear areas such as edges (5th photo)
- overall pocket watch chain bracelet is in good wearable condition ca 1900s
- box pictured is not included with purchase
