Vintage 10k Opal Ring
- marked '10K' and 'A+A' in a diamond shaped cartouche inside band
- constructed of solid 10k yellow gold and genuine opals
- ring features a central marquise shaped opal cabochon measuring 10.5mm long x 5.1mm wide
- a halo of 14 approx. 1.8mm-2mm round opal cabochons surround marquise stone
- opals have a milky opacity and show a range of colours from blue to red (marquise is prominently blues and greens)
- shoulders feature a Florentine finish and taper to a 2.7mm wide band at back
- face of ring is 1.6cm long
- ring rises 8mm off finger
- size 7
- ring is in excellent vintage condition circa 1970's with only minor wear consistent with age
