Uncas Gold Filled Ring in Box
- ring is marked '1/20-10K G.F.' inside band at back
- ring is constructed of gold fill on brass with a red crystal glass stone
- box is marked 'COPYRIGHT 1949 UNCAS MFG.CO.' with two patent numbers and the Uncas U with two arrows makers mark on both base of box AND under lid
- box is constructed out of old plastic with a navy blue velvet covered cardboard ring slot
- this baby ring features a red faux garnet paste gem, set inside a heart shaped face with a double beaded border
- shoulders taper to a 1.5mm wide band at back
- face of ring is 6.3mm long
- ring sits between 1.75 and 2 on my mandrel, but there is space and I believe fits more like a 2
- ring box is a translucent pearly-white plastic with a floral pattern on top and scalloped sides
- together the box measures 3cm high and 4cm x 4cm square
- the base of the ring box measures 1.6cm high and 3.8cm x 3.8cm square
- set is in great vintage condition and was gifted to a client of mine born in the early 50's by her mother. She hardly wore it, if ever, but there is some minor wear to gold filled around band
- other band pictured on hand is not included with purchase
